The year is 2200 and the world government of Gaia have passed the Healthy Cub Act or as it is more informally known the Cubby Sex Act. It allows cubs the ability to consent to sexual activities. With the passing of this law, new businesses have sprung up to make full use of this law. Everything from websites offering to help pair cubs up with other cubs or loving adults (Basically a Match or eHarmony) to legally licensed cubby brothels.
