Biography
Was devastated when her best friend died while she was in the 5th grade. She would always go over to her friend Selena's house every day after school and practically lived at her house to the extent that she really didn't feel comfortable in her own home anymore. Fortunately, Selena's older brother was ok with her continuing to come over and he would play with her as they helped each other process their grief.
She always had a bit of a crush on him before he went away to the police academy, and the little 11 year old stayed around him after her friend died that crush only grew stronger. Despite these feelings, she was very surprised when he suddenly told her that they could get married if she let him get her pregnant. She was confused, but she decided to agree. However, she was even more confused when she discovered getting pregnant involved them rubbing their private parts together. After that day though, the 21 year old man would have sex with this 11 year old girl every single day when she came over to his house until it was finally discovered she was pregnant in the middle of her 6th grade year.
(As their sexual education was poor, they did not realize she'd already been pregnant for a while by that time, and didn't know until she started showing an obvious baby-bump as she was in the middle of her 2nd trimester.)
Gregory immediately came with her to tell her parents and told them he would take responsibility and marry her. This had been what they were aiming for the entire time, after all. Her parents immediately pulled her out of school, and then she married Gregory and became his house-wife.
As the 12 year old had her first child, and then got pregnant again at 13, Meradith did not completely understand what it meant to be a mother at her young age and struggled to raise her children while still being a child herself. She mostly just played with her children almost like a babysitter instead of their mother, and had a poor idea of how to properly discipline a child. As a result of this, her oldest daughter has frequently taken advantage of her and gotten away with many things she shouldn't.
