"Ok, so, either you can take your hands off my wrists and let me keep touching your breasts, or this punishment can get worse." You tell her. "It's Ok, I will only be touching you like this until you tell me about your sister's boyfriend, then you can go get your shirt, put it on, and go back to class."

"Mmm..." She whimpers, defeated, and drops her hands too her sides. You can feel her body trembling as you continue to gently massage her sensitive developing breast tissue. "Hi... his name is Bart... errr... something. I don't know! She always calls him Bartty!" She says as she squirms and shakes under your hands. "He's in her class! The same age as her!" She says.

Well, that seems to be all she knows about it, probably doesn't pay a lot of attention to her sister. You decide that's enough and lift your hands from her chest.

"There now, you see? Doesn't this all go a lot better when you just do what you're told? I know being late was not your fault Kittie, but back-talking a teacher is not acceptable. When you are in this office, you have to do as you're told, otherwise your punishment will only get worse. Do you understand?"

She nods her head weakly and lifts her hands to cover her breasts. You grab her by the wrist. "Hold on!" You tell her. "I did not say you could cover up yet. That's one of the rules of this room, if I tell you to take off a piece of clothing it means you have to let me see whatever part of your body is below your clothing. You are not permitted to cover up. Do you understand?"

She nods again and puts her hands to her side, still trembling.

"It is very important that you listen to what you are told Miss Eckles. I have had students who had only a minor violation get their purity completely taken from them just because they kept on arguing with my decision on what their punishment should be. You don't want to loose your purity and be condemned to work at the whore house, do you?"

She shakes her head quickly.

"Good. So, next time you are in here, will you do what you are told?"

She nods.

"Alright. Now, go sit in the chair over there while I write up the note for your punishment. You will get your shirt back when I am done. Don't even look at your clothing until then, and do not try to cover your breasts.

She sulks off and sits herself down in the chair, never saying a word, and she tightly grips the hand-rails for the chair as she has no choice but to display her developing young delicious breasts. Now, to write up her punishment.

This letter is in concerns to the parents and teachers of Kittie Eckles Miss Eckles arrived to class today 20 minutes late. It was determined however that the primary fault for Miss Eckles' tardiness was due to the irresponsible actions of her older sister that were done in order to benefit her older sister's boyfriend. Beings she was actually late to class though, it was deemed unacceptable for her to go without punishment due to the bad example it would set for her fellow students.

As the director of disciplinary actions was attempting to devise an appropriate lessened punishment that took into account her circumstances, Miss Eckles strongly protested the fact she was to be punished at all. When the director of disciplinary actions attempted to correct her disrespectful actions toward an instructor with a verbal warning, she persisted to keep arguing and resist attempts at punishment.

Due to Miss Eckles' disrespectful behavior, arguing with a teacher and attempting to shirk her punishment, Miss Eckles forefitted her chance at recieving a demoted minor infractioin and her rules violation was treated as the middle infraction that tardiness is usually treated as.

For arguing with the director of disciplinary actions, Miss Eckles was made to remove her shirt and bra, and have her breasts touched by the director of disciplinary actions until she divulged all information about her sister and her sister's boyfriend necessary to inform the punishment that they will be subject to as a result of this incident.

For arriving late to school, Miss Eckles was made to surrender her bra and sweat shirt. For a period of one week, Miss Eckles will be required to be without a bra and wear only a T-shirt on her upper body. During this time, she may not obstruct another student's ability to see her chest using her hands, by excessively hunching forward, or by concealing her body behind a friend's body or a large object while in conversation with others. She must conduct all interactions in a neutral and natural stance that reasonably allows her developing breasts to be seen under her shirt.

Any attempts at covering up will be met with Miss Eckles being forced to surrender her shirt as well and spend the duration of her punishment topless. Continued attempts to obstruct the view of her chest will have her be required to become a body model for the anatomy section of the 4th grade sex-ed class that is to start next week.

You look back over to Kittie after writing this note. She is gripping the rails tightly and you can tell she's very uncomfortable with the state she's in. She's definitely not going to be able to resist covering herself for a whole week. Looks like you are going to most likely have a model for the sex-ed class.
