You recall that you did not put any baby powder in her diaper when you put it on. This is one of the first diaper punishments you have given out, and you have no actual experience with babies either. It simply did not occur to you. You have heard about baby powder being needed to prevent diaper rash, but it never really occurred to you that might be needed for an older kid.
Then again, she might have actually been touching herself. You can't be sure. It's probably best to question her. At the same time though, it's the end of the day, and this could be your first opportunity to really bust a nut with one of these delicious little pre-teen children. The teacher who brought her in had insisted that Suzy had been openly playing with herself in class. Even if she didn't do what her teacher said, the mere fact that a teacher made the accusation means it will almost be a harder up-hill battle NOT to increase her punishment in some way, so you really could likely take advantage of this situation.
