You climb up onto the bed and kneel astride Teddy with his hard little nose right between your legs. It takes a little wriggling around, but you are soon in the right position with Teddy's nose pressed right on that special place. You haven't got much time so you start a sliding and up and down motion to give maximum stimulation.
