The Incubus has the ability to ejaculate and produce semen capable of impregnating a girl despite still being pre-pubescent in every single other way.

This is a basic starting power for any Incubus below the age of puberty.

Ejaculation size is not magically augmented. Volume and frequency of ejaculation will be what is typical given the size of one's body and genitals. Further incubus powers can augment ejaculation size and frequency.
