Life Hacks/People's general reaction to young Xander
People who knew Xander before he age-regressed himself will think of him as unusually grown-up for a child his age and generally have a raised opinion about him. However, they will not be surprised if he acts in a childish manner appropriate to his reduced age.
This modification will change some relationship scores due to their memories interacting with the new dynamic caused by their relative ages, but the scores will not move immediately. Must interact with the age-reduced Xander at least once for the "program" to catch up.
Individual people
Will become more dismissive of him as he does not even have the age appropriate to demand he watch his younger siblings, whether he does it or not. He will truly become the forgotten son that she hardly even thinks about. (Friend and familial love will drop by 5 each, and trust will raise by 10 as she worries less about him.)
Will remember him as having been incredibly helpful for his young age and having not caused her many problems. She does not like to play favorites, but subconsciously she will like Xander more than her other siblings. Xander's reduced age will also alter her opinion on Xander's friend March. She will find their relationship inappropriate, but not really know how to address this issue. She will, however, reduce in her suspicions that they are doing something sexual when up in his room together, although it will still be on her mind.

Will wonder why it is that she never got Xander into her touching "games" 4 years ago, and will acknowledge that she actually is interested in doing something sexual with him. Will also have less justification for her animosity toward him and actually acnowledge it is because of her sexual frustrations and desire for him. Since she has started things up with Roni again, he will also become a target of her sexual interest and will likely be looking to manipulate him into a situation where she can strip him and grope him, (and will do it against his will if she still has an enemy stat with him)

Trust will get a +10 bonus initially due to wishful thinking, an additional instant +30 if he agrees not to tell anybody about what they do together, and then one more +20 the day after if he has indeed told nobody in that time. This is assuming trust has not been artificially modified. If it has been modified, the first two bonuses will not raise it above 70, and the last bonus will not raise it above 80.)
Bastian will be conflicted by having Xander be younger than him while still having the memories of how the dynamic between them was when he was older. He will not like that his younger brother has authority over him, but he will also like the idea of having a younger brother that he could be an older brother towards. Whether he tilts the direction of friend or enemy depends entirely on the first interaction between them after the transformation. If it is possitive, it will stay where it is while his justification for that mind-set will change. If it is negative, friendliness will drop harshly.

Angel will stop regarding Xander as so much of an authority figure to her and begin regarding her as her cool twin brother. This will bring her a lot closer to him, and remove a lot of her restraints that keep her from approaching him sexually. She will be likely to take her first opportunity to teach her "twin" what Charity taught her about how babies are made and try to get him to do it with her. However, she will still remember she has approached him in a submissive manner in the past and so she will still be submissive and defer to him in things and will not be too pushy. She will rationalize that the reason she is submissive to him is just because he is cool and smart, and she will like that her "twin" brother is so cool.

Roni's impression of young Xander will depend on whether or not he has also modified his physical capabilities and skills. If he has not modified himself at all other than the age regression, she will think of him about the same as she does Bastian, but see you as someone she can more easily get the upper-hand over. She will also wonder why it is that he can't pick her up off the ground anymore. If he has enhanced just his strength, she will marvel at his physical ability a bit but be entertained that he is not as good at her at sports. If he has boosted both strength and skills, she will consider him her favorite brother and best friend because he is so good at all the things she likes to do and want to do everything with him, and even develop a slight crush.
One thing that will happen regardless of the modification is that she will want to get him involved with her and Charity's "touching game," and may even initiate it without Charity. (almost certain to do so if he altered his age only)

Will be somewhat disturbed about the fact that such a young kid knows so much about and has access to so much in the way of porn and sexualized mods for games, and even more weirded out by the fact that he masturbates with that young kid. Will also begin to question himself about all of this more and what his own real feelings for Xander are. He will likely attribute it all to how corrupt the world is outside his sanitized Christian world and fancy himself as there to help him, but feel he is failing in doing this and getting sucked in to Xander's world instead.
He will also be less likely to become active along side Xander if he sees him having sex with one of his sisters, although he will be more likely to allow it to happen as he will sort of expect it more. He will still be turned on by it and likely masturbate to the sight.
