Well, since you are in the process here, you might as well give all the other cheats a glance-over as well. Despite the mental link to your terminal, it is still easier to scroll through the cheats and look at them the old-fashioned way. You scroll down the list, looking for anything else that may create an issue for you. Out of the items on the list, there are 2 things that strike you as particularly problematic. One is the dual cheats that let you choose the genders of your children. The other is the "no consequences" cheat that makes it so that the girls you have sex with won't get pregnant.

For starters, you just straight up deactivate the "no consequences" cheat. You have no need of that one. The other ones though.... As it is, every time a girl conceives you will get a prompt that asks you to choose the child's gender. That can easily get annoying very fast. It would probably be better to deactivate one, the other, or both of those. If both are deactivated, you will be right back to normal random genders in your children.
