You smile at the cashier and pay for the cart. All the while, your attention focuses on the girl. What was she doing? Why was she so distracted?

"Sir? Sir, may I ask paper or plastic?", the cashier asks with a puzzled look.

"Hm? Plastic should do.", you reply still transfixed to the teen. She would probably realize how screwed she is once her phone dies you chuckle.

You push your cart towards her and gaze down at her screen.

"That's an interesting game young lady. What is it?", you mutter curiously.

"It's Candy Crush. Not something someone from YOUR age would understand anyways.", she replies. You glance at her face, surprised at her bold answer.

"Really? What's so difficult about it?"

"You have to match the candies and solve the puzzles."

"Do you realize that your mother has left you here all alone?". She sneers and laughs at your statement. She couldn't care less.

"She was bothering me and I just needed to finish this one last level."

Ignorance at its finest really. You smirk and say, "Well how are you going to get home?"

"Don't worry bout it old man. What are you doing talking to me anyways? Don't you have anything better to do? What are you some sort of perv hanging around young girls?", she spits.
