Life of a 13 year old- Wait for the doctor to leave before entering his office
You decide to wait a bit, as to not disturb the doctor's work. Your mother glances at you and smiles when you return to her side. After a few minutes, the doctor comes out of his office and stops at your mother's desk.
"Jessica?" He says. Your mother blushes and responds "Do we have to today? I need to look after my son..."
"Yes." He replies briskly and walks away "C101 in 5 minutes. Don't be late."
Your mother begins to say something, but her boss is already halfway down the hall. She hesitates, but decides not to say anything. She quickly finishes what she started on her computer, and pulls out a sign from underneath her desk.
Lunch Break, be back in 1 hour!
She adjusts the time dial next to it to 12:15. Before your mother leaves, she turns around to you.
"Don't leave here ok Alex? Mommy will be back in a bit." She tells you "I left you a sandwich inside my purse if your hungry. I love you!"
She quickly walks down the hall in the same path as the doctor. This gives you til 1:15, an hour, to get your car. After waiting a few seconds to be sure she won't return, you rush inside the office, only to find that your car isn't where it was before!
