SRC Touts Big Win as Sexual Assault Crimes Reach Historic Lows — Plus Sex Tourism On The Rise!

PFANS Reporter: Tyler Graham

As of the publication of this article, the PFANS program is barely a month old. But it’s already made a tremendous impact across the nation. From culture to business, here are the most noteworthy events from the past month as we look back on the launch of the program.

Sexual Assault Crimes Hit Historic Lows

It’s no surprise that our country has been plagued by sexual violence over the last few decades. But just in the past month, only two sexual assaults were reported across the country and only one was against a woman. This seems to prove what many proponents of the program believe: PFANS and other SRC programs provide a positive outlet for men and women to vent their sexual frustrations.

“It makes a lot of sense,” according to Gary Meyer, Chicago Illinois Police Chief. “Why rape a random woman on the street when you can go balls deep into the twelve year old PFANS girl that lives a few doors down?” Given such positive news, it seems early concerns about the mass presidential pardon of sexual assault convicts was completely unfounded.

In an official statement, the Sexual Research Commission (SRC) Office celebrated the win as a “major milestone” and proof that their work is “making a positive impact.”

Beth Stevens’ Sexual Assault Case Dismissed

Of the two reported sexual assaults last month, one was thrown out. The alleged “victim” was one of the oldest PFANS girls in the country, Beth Stevens from Salt Lake City, Utah. Her parents enrolled her a week before her eighteenth birthday and donated all of her clothes to charity. So when her birthday rolled around a week later, marking her graduation from the program, Beth had nothing to wear now that she is of-age.

She was spotted by a man and his two teenage sons outside her local shopping mall—where she had just arrived to replace her wardrobe. The three mistook her for a PFANS girl and ignored her pleas when she insisted that she wasn’t. Before she could get het ID out to prove her age, the three males had already finished with her

Initially, the three perpetrators were taken into police custody before being quickly released after less than an hour. In Beth Stevens’ court filing, she detailed the humiliation of being treated like a PFANS girl in the mall parking lot when she was no longer in the program. However, the Utah judge that presided over the case was not impressed.

“Give me a break, if they would have fucked you 12 hours earlier it would have been legal,” the judge was quoted on official judicial record saying. “This case is an abuse of the legal system and it is dismissed with prejudice. If I would have been there, I’d have fucked you too, slut!”

Beth Stevens was not available for comment, but the two teens involved in the case yelled to reporters outside the courtroom that it felt great to “fuck that bitch airtight.” Since her case was dismissed with prejudice, Ms. Stevens will not be able to appeal the ruling to a higher court. Rumors online are circulating that Stevens will take civil action against the defendants, but legal experts agree that any such case would prove futile and could likely be seen as harassment.

PFANS Turns USA Into the Hottest Sex Tourism Destination In the World

It comes as no surprise that sex tourism to the United States is way up thanks to the PFANS program. While many were concerned about a waning tourism industry overall due to international outrage over the program, sex tourism has already made up for any supposed decline tenfold. Economists are predicting that sex tourism will be a five trillion dollar a year industry by the end of the year. All this is despite economic sanctions imposed by a handful of countries due to moral outrage over SRC’s research.

In Nevada, The Lyt hotel and casino is already setting to capitalize on PFANS by opening their own all-girl orphanage on the premises. Naturally, they’ll be enrolling all their orphans into the program.

Other American cities are finding similar ways to attract tourists. A PFANS museum is already being planned in New York’s Times Square and a monument in Washington DC is already under construction.

To encourage sex tourism, the SRC office has created a series of digital brochures to help tourists understand the rules of the program, including how their own daughter can enroll while they’re on vacation.

Student Exchange Programs Face New Challenges

In related news, the Department of Education announced Thursday that they are working on a student exchange program that will allow parents or students to enroll in PFANS as a part of their studies when they come to the US.

“There are significant challenges to overcome,” Secretary of Education, Laura Roslin said about to the student exchange program during a press conference. “For example: can a parent from Europe opt their child into the program while they’re on a student exchange? According to our laws, most definitely. But they could still face consequences in their home country.” Secretary Roslin went on to use Italy’s anti-trafficking laws as an example, noting they could be interpreted in such a way that parents of exchange students could face serious charges if their daughter is opted into the program.

“This administration is committed to ensuring that we maintain a healthy cultural exchange—despite our differences,” Secretary Roslin assured when a reporter pressed as to whether such an exchange was even possible. “We are currently engaged in diplomatic dialogue with a number of countries...”

The office of the SRC also voiced their support of Roslin’s efforts to enroll girls from outside the country into the program. “We are very excited by the prospect of studying girls who have had little to no exposure to our more progressive culture. Roslin’s plan could provide such valuable opportunities.”

An Inside Look at Sex Tourism

While the jump in sex tourism is unsurprising, I still wanted to find out for myself what made traveling here so appealing, particularly for young families. To do this, I managed to track down Vladimir Borovkavich, a Russian tourist who brought his family here to discover what the SRC and PFANS is all about.

“I think it is dishonest for most adults to say they aren’t curious about having sex with underage girls,” the single father of two explained when asked what made this trip so important to him. “It feels good finally expressing my feelings. I brought my son and daughter with me, too, so they can learn from such a unique and enlightened culture.” Vladimir enrolled his seven year old daughter, Alisa at their hotel the first day they arrived.

“I have always had a good relationship with my daughter, but I never felt like I could show her just how special she is to me before coming here,” Vladimir shared with me. “As soon as I stripped of her clothes and pushed her naked body back onto the bed, I knew that bringing her here was the best thing I could do as a father.” He went on to describe how great it felt to be the one to take her virginity—an experience he would never have been able to have otherwise. “It felt like I was preparing her to go out into the world and showing her how to please a man. Then as soon as I blew my load in her pussy, I let my thirteen year old son go in for seconds.”

Vladimir’s son, Borov was a virgin before coming here. But thank’s to the SRC, he’s been able to fuck plenty of young girls and teens. Vladimir noted that his son is already displaying more confidence and feels that his time here is really doing wonders for his self-esteem.

Alisa doesn’t speak much English, but has learned quite a bit as they travel. She had no problem understanding when I told her to bend over so I could stick it in her ass. Then she seemed to understand me perfectly when I asked her to suck my cock after.

I was really honored to meet Vladimir and his family and I look forward to meeting other PFANS families as I continue to to report on the program.

Is your daughter enrolled in PFANS? I’d love to hear your story.
