Sonic Girls ENF/Arrive at Tails' A-OK

When Cream gets there, is the reason she's there is because Tails wants her to test out a new teleporter he built but when she tries it, she's teleported somewhere, but her clothes aren't? Or does something else happens that renders her naked?
