PowerGirl
You notice the young girl, a would-be hero, laying on the ground with her outfit torn to shreds, the ugly man perched atop of her, his cock swaying closer and closer to her exposed privates. The little girl screams as she tries to push him away, to no avail.

"Shut up bitch and take what's coming to you." The man grunts as he tugs on the little girl's legs, pulling her prepubescent crotch ever closer. "Y'all have been messin' with the wrong gang, kid. After I destroy that little pussy of yours, I'll invite my friends to..." Before the man gets out another word, your fist connects with his jaw, shattering it into multiple pieces and causing his body to slam against the nearby brick wall, he lands with a thud, unconcious and perhaps "unalive" as well. You'll check on him in a moment but you have something more important to attend to first.

Your gaze meets the eyes of the little girl, her own wide in fright. You glance down and notice the few scraps of clothing still around her, they fail at covering her young naked body. She looks to be about eight or nine years old. You grab your cape, wrap her in it, and easily lift her up into your strong arms. She pulls herself into your chest and begins to sob furiously, her once strong gaze, fading entirely.

You step toward the man who tried to rape the little girl, ready to attend to him now. You raise your foot above his head and bring it down at supernatural speed, crushing his skull as you use the man's head as a launching pad. With a quick burst of strength in your legs, you leap high onto a nearby rooftop. After several more powerful leaps across the city, you arrive in a town just outside of it. You take a moment to look at the small bundle in your arms, she stopped crying and seems to be passed out from either physical or mental exhaustion. You didn't mean for it to come to this, but there doesn't seem to be anything else you can do at this point. You tie your cape around the girl, trying to form what looks like a dress, while you use your heightened speed to get dressed back into your "everyman" clothing.

You walk toward the familiar house where you spend your down-time. As you approach the driveway a nearby voice calls out to you.

"Mr. Peterson!"

You look to see your neighbor, Mrs. Jones, approaching you with her usual smile.

"Mr. Peterson, I know you just got home but my husband and I insist on you finally coming over for dinner tonight, I'm making my famous lasagna and we..." her sentence fades as she notices the young girl in your arms. "And who is this precious little one?" She whispers, so not to wake her.

"I... don't know." You say, too tired to answer more intelligently. "I mean... she's a friend's daughter..." You correct yourself, "She'll be staying with me for a bit."

"Oh... did something happen..." Mrs. Jones asks as she gets closer to you.

"I'm sorry Mrs. Jones but we're both exhausted from a long day, we'll have to postpone that dinner again." You say as you quickly turn and head toward your front door.

"But It's been over a month and we still haven't properly welcomed you into our neighborhood, if you need anything at all, just..."

Thud! You close the door behind you and let out a large breath of air.
