Hmmm... Is the foreign looking teen a Japanese citizen? Article 3 requires all female CITIZENS to wear the bio monitor, but says nothing regarding foreigners; other than mentioning foreign supers.

If the foreigner isn't wearing a monitor, she could be detained unless she can produce her gaitōshō Alien Registration Card (or Gaijin Card) --MrPib (talk) 09:10, 11 March 2021 (UTC)

In a country like Japan where it is extremely dominated by one ethnicity (Japanese) one might be forgiven for mistaking a citizen of another ethnicity (something Nordic probably in this case) for a foreigner. I don't remember if I mentioned her wearing a Biomonitor, but she is wearing one. Her parents became naturalized Japanese citizens before she was born. She was born a Japanese citizen, and is therefore subject to Article III. --Elerneron (talk) 11:18, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
