What would happen if another God’s holy ground was desiccated? Like if someone destroyed a God’s temple, would the host be able to now enter the premises? -- Dein0clies (talk) 14:00, 23 October 2020 (EDT)
The limitation is based on an old agreement of the gods that I am calling the "Old Rules". This is a magically binding agreement that is like the laws of physics rather than the laws of the court for instance. One god cannot enter another god's holy ground without permission of that god; even if they are in the body of a mortal or the holy ground has been defaced, destroyed, or desecrated. Once the god behind the holy ground is well and truly gone (absolutely no worshipers left) it is no longer the property of said god, because the god is no more. Only at that point can the character enter the area because it no longer "belongs" to another god. --Elerneron (talk) 12:05, 24 October 2020 (UTC)
