Just in case you're interested, if he were to have gotten her pregnant, he would know the instant his sperm fertilized her egg (usually 18-24 hours), and would know as soon as the embryo attached to her womb (6-12 days). The divine spark would also let him know if she was currently in a fertile period before he even started . . . so he'd know whether or not to expect this union to possibly bear fruit. From his divine spark, even if it weren't her fertile period he could make an educated guess as to when her next fertile period would occur.
