I have no idea lol. Figured that choice would give them a bit of privacy. Maybe she's like Emily and something happens to her top (or bottoms... or both) and she lets him get a good look while noticing his natural reaction. Perhaps when they're done, she has the key to the wrong locker room, and with no one else around between classes, they share a shower (assuming it's an open shower design and not individual stalls). After all, he already saw her naked earlier, and she needs to get done before the sports teams need the locker rooms after school.

I also had a thought that he finally catches on that X is watching him much more closely than he thought when she comments on Ms. June later. While I'm not too sure about her willingly sharing a shower with him (they are still teacher and student), having her accidentally expose herself or having the MC perv on her in the shower is very possible. Plus the showers are the kind divided by curtains, so there wouldn't be a good excuse for it. Well I wasn't planning on having her outright flirt with Ron, but you're really starting to sell me on the idea. Perhaps she "pretends" to be unaware of a wardrobe malfunction that happens but actually arranged for it herself (quotes because it's obvious to anyone watching what it is she's doing). Oddly enough, the bottoms ripping was one of the first things I thought of. I suppose it depends on what they're doing. If she does it on purpose, it doesn't need a lot of realism for the why. Maybe they lift something big up to the top of a stack (whether looking for something under it, or just moving it), and the corner or something sticking out like a bracket or bolt or something, snags the top and lifts it above her tits (folding table, volleyball poles probably wouldn't work since they're usually set in concrete, large bags of gear?). Setting up for volleyball will give them time to talk, so she can tell him how busted he is, and how impressed that he didn't freak out or ogle his sister. Whether she still finds out about Sunday afternoon, or the pictures is up to you. Perhaps a sympathetic ear? Instead of being an exhibitionist, she gets turned on by the incest taboo and requests updates with whatever happens (if anything)? Or she just praises him for how he handled it and that's it.
