Sven just wanting a thicker piece of the pie is a good explanation for his actions so far (as well as motivation for the future) because he definitely DOES benefit from a slutty Emilia. Jealousy can still play a part in that, but it's not like Sven doesn't have options outside Emilia either. Your idea for the scene is also great. Not the biggest fan of Sven either honestly. He's always been kind of an asshole and controlling (an "antagonistic" figure trying to hold Emilia back) and while I prefer him as a bit dickish, maybe being controlling in the other direction and encouraging Emilia (and the other girls too) is a good direction for him going forward, at least in this branch. Have him join the dark side, so to speak. Sven has definitely benefited from his sister's antics whenever he could, so his lecturing and patronizing has always been self-serving, like he really doesn't care if his sister is slutty or easy so long as he gets a turn. So despite his words, I wouldn't say he's jealous of her doing it with others so much as trying to scare her into doing him more often. Less of an "I want to own you" kind of thing and more of a "if you're going to wear that, it might as well be me".
