Not to sure that brothel thing makes sense, even if she did see those film reels of kids having sex. She would first have to realize that those images of men and girls pressing their privates together was sex. Something which would be more difficult than usual in this town. Then, she would need to realize that a brothel is a place where people go to pay for sex. That's something even kids in regular society don't learn about until they're highschool age. With Sawyer being in the fifth grade, she has already taken the sex-ed course, it's not too much of a stretch for her to put two and two together "what the boys have, goes in the girl's hole and it can make a baby. if you do it while not being married, you get sent to the brothel." She took "this town's" sex-ed though, and she took it last year, which is set up as the one where they are being extra cautious about what exactly is taught to the kids. Basically, it consists of "it's a sin to lay with someone before marriage," not actually using the term "sex," and not mentioning a thing about the parts fitting together. We had a big thing about it early on with the development here laying out the timeline and exactly how lacking the school's sex-ed program is. Basically, it consists of telling each gender the names of their own parts, lecturing to them about it being sinful to do husband-wife things (not actually detailing what 'husband-wife things' even are,) before marriage is, and lecturing to them about modesty. I mean, I suppose it's possible to pull "modesty," and notice the fact that the people in the films are naked, and put things together from that maybe. Jemini (talk) 07:00, 4 May 2022 (CEST)

Well, anyway, once we get it figured out I think I actually have an interesting story-line for quite the drama should she actually go to the brothel with her request. Could be interesting. Ok, you're right. I also corrected her bio stating that she bagan saving money before starting 3rd grade; it didn't make sense with the sex-ed being taught in 4th grade and the amount saved being almost $400. This way, she should only have about $100 saved up if we include extra from birthdays.

With her story, I was also thinking that the Matron has a policy that a minor needs to have a blood relative authorize their presence in the brothel and be present themselves. (Leida and Veronica would be there.)

If it's Leida, it would also depend on how far Aisha has corrupted her. Having Veronica present could lead to her confessing. But I'll see what you do. --MrPib (talk) 07:31, 4 May 2022 (CEST)
