Makes sense I guess? Consent is only for people who haven't started puberty, once they start puberty they legally can not say no. I can't do this story, the premise is neat, but your execution is bad.
Characters may only remove someone else's clothes if they consent. Ethan was forced to strip completely naked
While "free use" is natural to everyone but the Transported ones, there's still the provision that both parties have to consent to sex. Madison forcing herself on Ethan goes against this, as does forcing Ethan to cum on other people. Your society also has no concept of rape since everyone is free to be used by anyone, therefore the "consent" provision of the law is not necessary.
I was going to bring up Ethan's biology potentially being an issue, but you've got that covered so no issues there
As a side note, could you and other users incorporate the images you upload into your stories instead of just spamming the site, causing it to slow down while the downsampled versions are created? Remember, this is a STORY site, not a booru or image board, how do the images you've uploaded fit into Ethan's story? You could maybe make them entries, like:
As Ethan sat in his livingroom to contemplate on how he was going to handle living in this new world, he decided to turn the TV on for background noise while he thought...

"Consent" here means "is free use". If they're too young for that then you have to get their (or their parent's) permission. Ethan is clearly old enough to be freely used, and society is used to kids his age getting stripped and fucked like he has.
For captions, they're just meant to be snippets set in the universe, similar to Brave Nude World. They're not related to that main storyline.
