Okay, at 5.4" that would make her the equivalent to a human of about 5' 5". Let's say that makes her equivalent weight 100 lbs. (1/12)^3*100*16 = 0.92592592592592592592592592592593 ounces so to be the equivalent of a 100 lb human she would weigh about .93 ounces. Most fairies are around one ounce. Take my character [[2T4U/Character Sheet - Prisslyn Moonglow|Prisslyn Moonglow]]. Even though she is from another story of mine, she follows the same rules. She is 5.5" and weighs 1.07 ounces.
