Highly unlikely. Dragons only horde precious metals, jewels, and magical artifacts. If he had any books they would likely be some form of enchanted tome, not a study guide. Even then enchanted books are not high priority for a dragon's horde. The Grand Library of Castle Gar would have whole sections on sorcery and its practice. He just needs to get access (which would take nothing more than him asking about a library at this point in the story). After that a page could be assigned to get him any books he desired. | |||
