If he doesn't, the more natural progression would be encouraging her to try it, but with it, letting her make the first move would probably work better. Instead, it gives some information such as how her urine fetish has been exchanged for her just being interested in some form of genital-genital contact with a boy. Ok, I finally got some time for myself to finish off the "wait" route, completing all three options that lead off of this one. I ultimately decided that the route mentioned where you can have her hold off on the whole sex play would be on the route where you actually prompt her without removing her swim-suit and need to settle this down and talk to her.
