I've just re read the first bit and something about it just seems off

What is written: "I think you don't deserve to go back to my lair." vs. "I don't think you deserve to go back to my lair."

I'm aware that when a person is speaking, it's okay for these kinds of grammatical errors, but still, it just seems a bit weird

I went ahead, and added a pause, and emphasis to the part where Xander informs her thathe's going to be doing her in public "I'm going to do you, out here."

As for the "I think you don't" Vs. "I don't think you" thing, you have to include it in the full context of the sentence. Just before he said that line, he said "You know what I think?" If you just said "You know what I think," the next line ALWAYS has to start with "I think," and it makes perfect grammatical sense in that context.

Also, I removed that pause you put in. It was completely inappropriate for the situation. I get that you're trying to help, but you're really not grasping the flow of the conversation. I make spelling errors sometimes, but grammar's an area I'm actually pretty good with. Jemini (talk) 06:07, 22 April 2019 (CEST)
