Oh, there's more to Kiki's story, I'm sure. But in the universe where she chooses to become a human toilet, there can be many interesting episodes. I think it'd be fun to spin this off and explore different characters involved in Kiki's rise to fame.

One dirty idea I had was that Kiki's father often visits the backroom of the clothing store at the mall. Maybe he defiles his own daughter without realizing it's really her (or maybe he does know, at any rate he'd figure it out pretty quick). I could see him entering the room wearing a mask and sunglasses so that Kiki doesn't know it's her own father but she feels a genuine attraction to him and offers additional jobs free of charge. He'll probably be a regular customer, even after she discovers his identity.

Also, I don't really see Kiki just "dropping out" of school. There could be a whole special day--Kiki's Last Day at School--where she fucks all her teachers and offers them discounts if they cum by the sex shop.

She'd probably recruit some of her friends too, but would be constantly sabotaging their careers to assert her dominance as queen bee. This will be the main reason that she focuses on actively recruiting younger, dumber bimbos for the job. Some of these girls might only be 6 or 7 years old!

Fast forward to President Kiki's State of the Union Address. As a metaphor, she stages a sewer show with her youngest daughter (or grand-daughter?) on the floor of the U.S. Congress and broadcasts it live on every network, including Nickelodeon.
