You would be legally defended against the paternity suit. As for the other suggestion, that's something that is just not relevant enough to include as an alternative. I was just presenting the most likely scenarios where i would have been tracked down. There's also the possibility that the mother left a will naming the biological father as legal guardian like a god parent. I agree, unlikely, but possible. --Notsooldpervert (talk) 15:54, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
