"It means that you are going to have a baby.", even if the doctor hadn't have experience with such young girl getting pregnant before, I find it weird that he just says that to her. From the way you describe her, she's still in a very early stage of the pregnancy, and since it can be a real case of rape, abortion would be on the front of his mind, and not her becoming a mother.

Well, now the investigation begins, but really, the only way this can be a mystery is for her to have had sex with several males. From her reaction to things, it doesn't seems she was forcefully raped, so it's unlikely the perpetrator threatened to keep his identity hidden. If she only have a single sex partner, as soon as she tells this to the social worker the mystery is over.
