The stranger smiled, unlocking the door behind them. He picked up the boy in his arms and went to the barman. "Hey, I think that gold coin is far more valuable than just a beer. How about you pass him a room for the night?" The man behind the counter takes a good look at the duo before passing up a key. "Fifth floor, last room on your right." He nodded before leaving off to upstairs.

"So, where do you came from, little guy?" "Me? I'm a Prince from the castle...You heard of it, right?" "A Prince...From the castle?" He chuckled. "I think the alcohol is getting to you!" "No, it's true! ...I'm Prince Julius! Son of Charle Mazeen!" The man pat up the boy's butt while getting up the stairs. "Really? And why are you out of the castle? A little boy like you should be playing with his toys at this hour! ...Not trying to be a grown up." "But I am a grown up, I drank down that beer like a man..." He whined with a somewhat slurred tone. "Where's your father anyway? You're quite lucky the inquisition didn't find you...Or a guard bothered to check up on you!" "I don't know...I went off on my own like a big grown up..." "Big grown up...Huh? I'll have you be one very soon..."

They reached up the door leading to their room. "What do you mean...?" "Nothing, kid. You already did your part in proving you're a big guy!" "Hm..." Julius pressed himself against him, trying to make himself comfortable in his arms. The man quickly find out the room and got inside. It was a modest one with a bed, chair, one window and two cabinets along with a small door leading to it's own little private bathroom. The man locked the door before placing the boy on the bed, who quickly covered himself with the covers.

"Do you want another drink?"
