“What IS a wet dream!?” You half-yell and half-growl at your parents. The frustration at not knowing just overwhelms you to a point where it overwhelms your embarrassment of your mom being involved.
“Uh...” Your parents both jump and suddenly start looking guilty for a half second before that guilt quickly turns to looks of pitying compassion toward you. Their kind eyes directed your way is disarming at first, but under the surface you are seething at… well… everything in this situation. Everything going on is just not fair.
“Well honey,” your mom says as she walks into the room, “It’s all part of you growing up. It means you are old enough to do something called sex now.”
“Honey,” your dad cuts in, “don’t say it like that.”
“Well how else are you supposed to talk about it?” Your mom counters, at which your dad seems to have a moment of pause.
Actually, you had heard the word sex before. It had something to do with boys and girls touching their privates together. One of the older kids at school had dropped the term before when you were using your power to tell the teachers and the other kids it was Ok to show each other their privates on the play ground, but you quickly stopped doing that when the kids started telling their parents and it created all kinds of chaos with one parent after another coming into the school and making a ruckus. This caused you to abandon doing stuff like that with large groups. You knew sex had something to do with your privates, but you did not know it had anything to do with wetting your bed or anything like that.
“Anyway,” your mom continues. “When you have sex, something called semen comes out of your penis and goes into the woman’s vagina. But sometimes, when you’re asleep, the semen will just come out on its own.
“Why?” You ask. Your mom seems to be a little more forth-coming with the information you want than your dad. You should have probably figured, she is the one who always seemed the least upset of your three parents when you were found doing naked stuff with your siblings or friends.
“Well…” your mom says, “if the semen doesn’t come out, it just builds up and has to come out on its own, and that happens when you are asleep.”
So it IS like wetting the bed, except that it is with this semen stuff.
