There are a few problems with your story: Noah's Descent.

First: The page: Noah's Descent/NoahStoryOption seems to be incomplete, and has no category.

Second: The page: Noah's Character Page is an orphaned page (no pages link to it), it does not include the story name in the title, and there is no category on the page.

Third: The page: Noah's Descent/PC Noah does not have a category on the page.

Fourth: The Template: Template:Character Stats is too generic a name. It is best to include the story name in this type of template since it is specific to your story.

I fixed a fifth page by adding a category to the page. I also fixed your random use of mismatched quotation marks. It is best when using a word processor to write for the internet to turn off the automatic change of quotation marks to opening and closing quotation marks in the settings. This can wreck havoc on case-sensitive systems like this site's.
