When you make an external link on the site, be sure to put a space between the link and the display text; otherwise it treats the display text as part of the link (which will usually break the link). I fixed the ones you put on the Nepi Club Directory. Additionally, it looks like you are going about adding your signature the hard way. All you need to do to sign an edit is to use four tilde symbols in a row ~~~~, or on a talk page you can use the signature button (third from the left on the edit UI, but only for talk pages).
