• Dimensional Anchor: 16 - This power allows Breasher to anchor himself dimensionally. Attempts by others to move him by means of Teleportation, Warp, or Dimension Travel are very likely to fail with his very high skill in the power.
• Dimension Travel: 16 - This power allows Breacher to open a rift to another dimension to banish someone to, summon someone from, or travel to said dimension. Parallel Earths and pocket dimensions are relatively easy, other realms (like heaven, hell, the faerie, etc.) can be more difficult. With Breacher's level of power, pretty much any dimension is accessible. The rift closes when Breacher goes through, or wills it to end, like the Warp power.
• Fabricate: 16 - This power allows Breacher to reach into other dimension to bring items into his current dimension. Mundane objects are easy. Anything more complicated is more challenging the more powerful/sophisticated it is. He does not need to know where to find an item, just what item he wants.
• Two Dimensional: 16 - This power allows Breacher to flatten himself into two dimensions. It is handy for traveling to two dimensional universes, sliding under doors, and the like.
• Warp: 16 - This power allows Breacher to open a rift in space to travel between two locations. When opening a rift, Breacher can attempt to pull someone through the opening in either direction. If they resist, they can still go through willingly if they choose. At Breacher's power level, he can open a rift up to 3600 miles without problems, but risks burning out his power if he tries to reach further. The rift closes when Breacher goes through, or wills it to end.
