The parent uses corporal punishment, but they take it a little too far sometimes or use methods that are not typically within the realms of what is condoned such as hitting the child with an object, slapping them in the face, or roughly grabbing them by the arm. At any rate, the child really does not see themselves as having been abused, and while some may disapprove of this kind of treatment it is hard for law enforcement to build a case for the removal of the child from custody over this.
Unfortunately, for the sake of simplifying things, I am going to have to ask you to use your browser's "back" button in order to get out of this page and back to where you were before. The way things are set up, it would simply be far too complicated to set things up otherwise.
