The last week saw a lot of experimentation with the result being, nothing changed? Parents the world over reported that they were still potty training toddlers, some reported that they hadn't started yet. A few reported their children having issues as preteens. Some preteens reported having been teased about wetting themselves at school or for wetting the bed. Some of this teasing stopped in the last week, and some continued. Overall opinion was that the wish was a dud...
The conflicts and religious wars intensified in some areas but deescalated in others. Some religious groups have started persecuting anyone who "indulges in the sins of false gods" while others have formed with the express purpose of indulging as much as possible. The two types of groups have not yet met, but some of them have formed in areas geographically adjacent to each other.
World governments have ramped up efforts to find and or understand the genie or godling or alien or whatever. There has been no success so far, but some experts think that he (the voice is vaguely male, but could be female...) is a pervert based on the granted wishes, other experts think that humans in general are perverts and that the genie or such doesn't actually like this fact.
The world had learned to pause on the given day at the given time. Many in Europe and Asia had started setting alarms to be awake just before the wishes were granted. So when the time came, most of the world was awake and listening. hello humanity, it's time to get this out of the way again. Why I had to be assigned to humanity I'll never know. I wanted the g̞͔̬͉̻̃͆̂͒͒ṟ̭̊ͧŏ̳̙͍̣͕̗̩͒̽͛ͤ́̀́lͣͪͪͭ͋̀ě͇̗̦̞̦̰̹̄̿̏̎̈́ͣx, but no, the boss said humanity. so here we are. spin and spin and now... Incest is not only accepted, but encouraged. Not the worst option. better than the guy who wants every tv in the world to play nothing but reruns of jersey shore. I would have cheated and set fire to the world if that had come up, who cares about the consequences... Now since this is social adjustment there will be the usual momentary pain, but I'm sure you all figured that out by now.
Mechanically this one is simple. Incest is best now. Society wants you to fuck your family. This oddly doesn't make anyone want their own family any more than they already did. An example is that a boy might not want to fuck his sister, but their mother will likely want them to fuck each other. If you already wanted to fuck your family, then all is good. Go for it. Date in public even, but no exessive PDA, because that's still not cool with society at large.
