Wolvenheart Untitled 1/Page 2
Why hello again, Narrator here, just wanted to apologize about the lengthy break. The writer is a bit of a lazy guy, and tends to forget things randomly. That being said we are back with our second installation of what is sure to become a three time a week update. I say that because the writer wants me to... damn that guy. Anyway, when last we left off, our young Carter had just started his first day of spring break, his drop dead beauty of a mother unknowingly teasing her son. Now lets get back to the story before people start yelling at me for talking to much.
Carter gulped audibly as he watched his mothers hips sway, almost hypnotized by the round firm rump, her tail not helping in the matter in the slightest. The young boy shook his head trying hard to get those thoughts out of his head, as a knock sounded on the front door, distracting him decently. Carter jumped up and walked to the door happy that by the time he got there his tent had disappeared. At the door was his mothers current 'boyfriend'.
OH this guy... let me tell you about this weaselly ass hat. His name is Jeff, and well... hes a weasel, literally. He has greased back brown hair, those beady eyes that always shift around, that sly 'I ate your pie but I aint gonna tell ya' smile, always the same slick suit that says "I sold my mother on the black market then turned in the guy i sold her to." This guy makes my skin crawl. Ofcourse our friend Carter didnt like him either but we will get to that bridge later... for now back to the story.
Carter groaned a bit and welcomed the older male in. Jeff smiled one of those grins that made the small pups spine shiver. "Why thanks kid ya mother home?" He asked in an accent that the pup couldn't quite pin. "Shes in the kitchen, Jeff." He spat a bit. Jeff didnt seem to notice or at least didn't care as he pushed the small pup out of the way and walked in like he owned the place.
"Say toots, you got food ready for me?" He asked before taking Carters breakfast and sitting at the table. Anya just smiled and started to make some more for her son. Carter groaned again, now remembering the only reason he enjoyed school, it got him away from Jeff. The weasel grinned that grin again, once more sending chills down the ten year old wolf pup. "So... why aint you in school squirt?" He asked with that annoying tone. Carter groaned a bit. "Spring break... " He answered quietly.
The weasel nodded a bit, still eating. "Well why dont you go play in your room?" He asked, a couple bits of eggs spraying across the table. Carter groaned a bit and was about to leave the table when his mother put the plate in front of him. Anya smiled softly before turning to Jeff. "Do you have a problem with my son Jeff?" She asked softly. Jeff shook his head and smiled coyly. "No no no no... of course not babe... its just that most kids like sleeping in." He stated softly. She nodded a bit. "You know Jeff... todays not a good day why dont you go home?"
The weasel smiled that smile again. "Sure toots... just let me use the bathroom first." He stated getting up from the table and slowly walking towards the bathroom. Carter, smarter then most kids his age, thought it was weird the weasel agreed so easily, and sneaked down the hallway after the older male. He watched Jeff slither his way into his mothers room. Carter stealthily made his way to the door and peared in to watch the weasel steal some money from his mothers wallet. Carter groaned inwardly and went back to the table. A few minutes later Jeff walked back out. "Well I will see you later toots." He called before walking out.
The little cub finished his breakfast and looked to his mother. "Mom... we need to talk about him." Anya groaned a bit and looked down to her son, having already had this talk a few times. "Not this again Carter I thought we were past that. " She stated softly as she sat down with a cup of coffee. Carter nodded a bit. "We were... but he stole money from you mom..." He stated bluntly. She blinked a few times before getting up and walking to her room a few seconds later she came back out her eyes almost a flame. "That thieving little fucker..." She swore, throwing her son off a bit as he hadnt quite heard that from his mom, he heard it at school yeah... but never from his mom.
Carter looked at her and shrank into his seat a little. "Mommy?" He asked softly. She looked at him and smiled soflty. "Not you hon... your fine... " She stated as she looked out the window. "Next time he comes over invite him in... and tell him i am waiting in my room." She stated looking back to her son. "and then go to your room and put your favorite song on high as you can." She stated with a smile that betrayed her intentions.
Carter just nodded and smiled softly. "Yes mommy..." He stated softly getting up from the table and hugging the older woman, squeezing her softly, as she wrapped her arms around him and hugged gently. "Now be a good for mommy and run a quick errand before you go ahead and play your game." She stated softly, pulling away a bit. "Mommy needs you to go to the store and pick up more eggs." She stated softly, before giving him a little over. "Make sure none of them are cracked and mommy will give you a treat."
The small wolf pup nodded vigorously before pocketing the money and starting off to the market.
Hi folks, its me the Narrator again, and the author has a small note that he wants me to input here. Okay *clears throat.* 'Dear reader, I hope your enjoying the story so far, and cant wait for some feedback. Please tell me if you want Carter to get closer to his mother, Jeff to get beaten by the local gang, or if Carter should meet and get close to a new friend around his age, which is 10. If you wanna add some scene ideas or plot ideas I would be welcome to hear them but realize that I cant do everything all at once. Thank you again and please please respond.' God... and people say I talk to much. Anyway have a good one folks see you next installment of this still untitled work. What a lazy guy... cant even come up with a title...
