The Incest pass would take care of Mom and siblings, but that might change the past, too. Alternatively, you could use the duck to alter your mother going forward. Then again, Xander is the only one who ''has'' the incest pass, so Charity would still have gotten in trouble from "extremely conservative" mom, while Xander could "decide he wants to" and has a pass.
