My thoughts, it's really not good to make ANY fetish too gratuitous. That will just be a turn-off to those who are not into it, and statistically speaking there will always be a far smaller number of people who are into any given fetish than those who are not. Therefore, it's always good to make it just enough to tease and stimulate those who do have that fetish without offending the people who don't have it.
