I think he may be referring to the scenarios where you have already taken a girls virginity, and later in the story you take their virginity again. I will be trying to avoid those scenarios as much as possible, but where it is not possible, that creates a nexus branch. Something like a girl's virginity shouldn't be a huge impediment. If virginity were a central theme of the story, there might be an issue; but as an auxiliary theme I think I can work around it. With Loli, for instance it isn't an issue as Doctor Romero surgically removed her hymen as an infant.
