I have a feeling the youngest sister, the 8 year old, is the one who these people wanting to be all down on the policy would want to drag out at this moment the most, specifically to jab at people's morality about the idea that the new policy basically makes brother-sister incest between these two an almost requirement under the current policies and pressures being described. It would be the perfect moment for it too, right after that subject was brought up. (Especially assuming these people did their research.) That, or the whole family proposal. The only thing that would stop this from happening is opposition from the people supporting the policy, and if they are trying to sell the policy favorably then it would be just the mom coming out and nobody else.
