“Oh, well, sorry for not taking your workload into consideration,” you said to her, “at any rate, we are going to have to be working together quite a bit in regards to the new program, I thought I should know how you feel about it, given some of the things that might happen in this office.”

“Oh? And what kind of things would those be that you are referring to?” she asked, putting you on the spot.

“Uhh… Uhh… well, you know…” You could feel your cheeks becoming very hot as you tried to find a response for that question, “I believe you made it quite explicitly clear where this could go the last time we talked about it,” you actually felt a little proud of yourself for that one, managing to flip it right back on her.

“Yes, I know,” she responded, “I just felt like teasing you a bit, given the question. As for my answer, well… it is a little bit difficult for me to give a response to that. Actually, I was the one who originally wrote up the guidelines. About the only thing different really between what I wrote and the current version is that when the church Deacon saw it he pushed to have profanities and blasphemies increased in severity. I originally had blasphemy listed as a middle infraction and swearing as minor.”

“S… so, you are completely behind this then? Sex with children as a punishment?”

“Well, I do think discipline is important,” she said, rubbing her legs together with a very deep flush on her face, “really, I don’t know why I wrote all that down. The headmaster asked me to draft up something that used the concept of shame to be a more effective punishment than the previous corporal punishment model, and I kinda got carried away. It’s really crazy that I actually submitted that, and I have to say I was absolutely horrified that it was accepted and actually put into practice. I never thought that would happen, but… you know? The way this town is, I think it may be just what it deserves. Perhaps if every last girl in town gets herself pregnant by a punishment then it will make them re-evaluate some things. I mean, like I said, I got really carried away. With the way it’s written, with enough violations, any small infraction could spell a pregnancy risk with how it’s written. I knew that when I wrote it down.”

By this point, Mrs. Varano’s breathing is starting to get a little heavy and the way she is grinding her thighs has become downright unmistakable. Still, while she doesn’t admit it to herself and she rationalizes it quite a bit, you really do get the impression that she really just wants to see a lot of child sex happening in this office. She definitely seems turned on by the idea.
