Daycare manager/perks

Here are a list of perks that you can buy with EXP in order to improve your performance in the game.

Facility licences Represent levels of the state approving of your facility. You must have either a stand-alone facility or have managed to get your at-home facility to meet a certain standard in order to gain state approval. If you have done anything the state would not approve of, such as a sex-act with a child, there is a multiplier to EXP cost as you must hide your indiscretions during the evaluation of your facility. (EXP cost X 1.1 per sex-based achievement)

• State approval - 50 EXP - Gain +5 reputation and low-income parents can gain financial aid if your prices get too high.
• Direct state subsidies - 100 EXP - The government will pay you 100 per week
• Per-child state subsidies - 200 EXP - The government will pay you 20 per week for each child in your facility

achievement based perks

• seems legit - unlocked by obtaining "keeper by the half dozen achievement" - raises reputation points gained each day by +10 if all children in your care currently have happiness at minimum of 50.
• well organized- unlocked by obtaining "keeper by the half dozen", "I'm the boss" and, "my own place" achievements - allows you to obtain one more child in your care per facility upgrade (i.e additional room) without the need of additional employees.
