Nelly was the daughter of a girl who was once adopted by Victor Owen only for the purpose of having sex with her. However, her mother was returned to the orphanage after she was half way through her pregnancy. | |||
Her mother has since left town entirely after becoming old enough to leave the orphanage. | |||
She has grown up only knowing the orphanage and is a fairly energetic and happy girl running around the yard and playing with all the other kids. Because it's what all the other girls her age are doing now, she is fully into the "touching games" that the rest of the girls are doing since Micaela's arrival. | |||

Biography
Nelly was the daughter of a girl who was once adopted by Victor Owen only for the purpose of having sex with her. However, her mother was returned to the orphanage after she was half way through her pregnancy.
