Get some other staff to help with her punishment
After thinking about it for a moment, bringing in some other staff members does sound like a good idea. The janitor might be a good option considering he's having to clean up after her mess. The Headmaster is another good option just because he's more available and this whole scheme is his to begin with. Your secretary also seemed to potentially show some interest, maybe you should get her involved.
