So you want to stick with the default? Well, I guess that is a choice in and of itself beings both you and your partner are over 12 right now. This would mean you have both hit puberty. The only real point of the other options is to fill the unusual quirks of precocious and retarded puberty. That is the technical term for delayed puberty by the way, retarded. Before the term was bastardized to become an insult to one's intelligence, the term "retarded" was literally an alternate word for "slow" or "delayed."
