Having a hard time continuing this scene. I'm gonna have to think on it. Also, while the behaviors of the MC definitely seem more along the "abusive" line, for the sake of simplicity I will likely make this sort of thing more or less the default for now and may update in a future version that has a more gentle approach. (In other words, somewhat abusive is the default for this base build.) It really does work better that way since a gentle route would involve a lot more dialogue and much longer scenes.
