Well... this is a pickle. Since your bet with Mom says you have to ask someone else to "help" if she needs to cum, and the new loss says she has to "bang one out", if she concedes the loss, she should probably ask him to do it. Of course, if she refuses, she'd have to get Mom or Dad to do it for her, and deliberately ask for it.
