Jane is an members of the middle schools student council. She is one of two sixth grade representatives. She is also a member of the debate team and the fencing team.

Biography
Jane and her sister Julie are the Queen's of the sixth grade class. They along with their small group of friends lord over all the rest of their class mates. They enjoy tormenting anyone they feel is beneath them, whether it is based on looks, wealth, social status or grade.
They do not get along with Robin Anderson or any of her fellow discipline club members, as the girls bullying often puts them at odds with the upperclassmen responsible for ensuring everyone follows the rules.
Jane is the slightly more dominant of the pair. It is usually her who thinks up the ideas for what they are going to do, and while talking she tends to use fewer words as her sister picks up the slack on explanations.
