Julie is an members of the middle schools student council. She is one of two sixth grade representatives. She is also a member of the debate team and the fencing team.

Biography
Julie and her sister Jane are the Queen's of the sixth grade class. They along with their small group of friends lord over all the rest of their class mates. They enjoy tormenting anyone they feel is beneath them, whether it is based on looks, wealth, social status or grade.
They do not get along with Robin Anderson or any of her fellow discipline club members, as the girls bullying often puts them at odds with the upperclassmen responsible for ensuring everyone follows the rules.
Julie is the slightly less dominant of the pair, she is also a little more of an analytical thinker and is more empathetic as she often winds up giving the long explanations for the both of them. Her increased level of empathy is used for evil rather than good, she is an expert at finding the exact words that will torment a person the most.
Home life The twins' father is a taskmaster within the Order of Lust in the Tenebros religion. The twins themselves do not know who their mother was, or even that a mother is required for a baby to be born or even any concept of what pregnancy is. They were taken away from their mother soon after they were weaned, and their father has hidden all information related to sex and childbirth from them thinking it would be a fun thing of cruelty for them to find out by experience when they become slaves. Normally he would not have taken an interest in any children born to his slaves, even if they were his, but he took a particular interest in them because they were twins.
All of their punishments at home have involved either bondage or some form of physical torture, or forcing them to urinate or defecate on one another and then subsequently lick it up off the floor (they have never seen anyone aside from their twin naked.) However, they were spared the whip as that would leave marks on their body which he knew would promote suspicion from Lampton's school for young girls, which he had hoped to send them to in order for them to gain a sense of innocence to them, once again for the sake of the cruelty it would create when they are returned to the order after their schooling to become slaves. He has been becoming dissatisfied however over the fact that during their visits back home they seem to have remembered their early training and don't show much fear toward it. The plan is for them to become slaves of the order once they finish the 8th grade, as their father is aware they are taught a sex-ed class in the freshman year. At the very least, they are innocent in the sense of their lack of sexual knowledge, which is one area they actually could be corrupted in still.
During their torture sessions, their father impressed upon them that receiving punishment and becoming a slave are ideals of the order, and a thing for them to take pride in, and it is the greatest way for them to find happiness. He is not aware, but the two of them have been continuing his torture sessions on each other, trading off roles of the torturer and the victim.
