Biography
Phoebe is a meek and shy girl who is somewhat on the spectrum and rarely talks due to the sensory overload of all the girls in the orphanage and all the kids at class when she's at school.
She often tries to tuck herself into out of the way corners and avoid other kids, but she actually likes attention from adults and will gladly become very cuddly with any adults who seem to be nice.
She enjoys any sort of physical sensation, and has been yanked into the "touching games" at the orphanage by the other girls on several occasions before, which she actually enjoyed. This has actually lead to her ruining Director Elaine's opinion of her due to an incident in which she grabbed the director's hand while they were cuddling and placed it between her legs and then began grinding against it in a manner clearly meant to bring herself sexual stimulation.
She has taken to calling all adults who seem even a little nice to her "mama" and "papa." It is something that may have started from some kind of wishful thinking, but it has since evolved into a tactic because she has realized that calling them "mama" and "papa" seems to make adults friendlier to her and more likely to cuddle.
