Nudist household had to be on the list as an option of course. A nudist household does not necessarily enforce nudity, but it is usually encouraged. One of the beliefs of a nudist lifestyle is that nudity is not connected to sex, but it is impossible to deny the evolutionary reason humans started wearing cloths was to add a step between normal interaction and having sex that would allow someone to call a stop to it. As such, as much as a nudist would like to deny that sex is part of their lifestyle, they are likely to be more sensual than a normal person and have fewer sexual boundaries, especially in the case of children raised in a nudist household.

In public, nudist parents would enforce as much modesty as a normal parent who under normal circumstances would be considered to be not enforcing modesty. They basically want their children wearing enough cloths so that their neighbors or the police do not come knocking on their door. They will not think normal children's "show and tell" games are any kind of a big deal though, and likely don't consider hand to genital contact that big a thing either on occasion at least for the sake of children stating their curiosity (although the more sexually conservative in the lifestyle will likely discourage it in a way similar to ultra-conservatives discouraging masturbation.)
